The method
A model first. Then the work.
Four phases, run in order, re-run every quarter. The model decides what gets built; the build feeds the model.
Audit
We crawl the whole site, tear down your analytics, and map your current organic footprint against revenue. Not a tool export — a strategist reads every finding, because the difference between a critical blocker and a cosmetic warning is judgement, not severity scores.
You see exactly where you stand before anyone proposes work: what is broken, what it is costing, and what is already quietly earning.
What you get
- Full technical crawl with prioritised findings
- Analytics and Search Console teardown
- Revenue map of the existing organic footprint
- The first ten opportunities, ranked
Model
We build your keyword universe — every term your buyers search, grouped by intent — and score each one for expected pipeline. The inputs are volume, intent, your deal size and your actual close rates. The output is a queue: highest expected pipeline first, always.
This is the artefact the whole program obeys. When anyone asks why a piece of work exists, the answer is a number in the model, not someone's opinion in a meeting.
What you get
- Keyword universe, deduplicated and intent-mapped
- Expected-pipeline score for every term
- Quarterly build queue, in model order
- Measurement plan tied to your CRM
Build
Technical fixes, pages and authority work ship in model order. No picking favourites, no loudest-voice prioritisation. If a task cannot be tied back to a score in the model, it does not make the sprint.
The build queue mixes quick wins with structural work, so the quarter produces visible movement while the compounding assets mature.
What you get
- Technical fixes in priority order
- Pages written to keyword-to-pipeline briefs
- Authority work aimed at the terms that matter
- A changelog you can hold against the model
Compound
Each quarter the model re-runs on fresh data: what ranked, what converted, what the pipeline actually did. Winners get more fuel. Losers get cut or rebuilt. You never work from a stale roadmap, because the roadmap re-derives itself.
This is also where forecasts get honest. Expectations set in quarter one are re-based on your real numbers, so the plan you are holding in quarter three reflects reality, not a pitch deck.
What you get
- Quarterly model re-run on fresh data
- Winners / losers review with decisions
- Updated build queue for next quarter
- Pipeline report in your CRM's numbers
Why it compounds
Paid search rents attention; the meter resets every month. A page that ranks for a buyer term keeps earning while you sleep — and the authority it accrues makes the next page easier to rank.
Each quarter’s build makes the next quarter’s build cheaper. That is the whole economic case for doing SEO this way, and it only works if the quarters connect. Campaigns reset; programs compound.
Illustrative model — placeholder data, not a real client engagement.
