Who we are

KOLP SEO is a data-driven SEO consultancy for B2B teams, based at 43 Fitzwilliam Place, Dublin 2, D02FY81, Ireland. For data protection purposes, KOLP SEO is the controller of the personal data described in this policy. You can reach us at hello@kolp.com.

What we collect

When you use a form on this site, we collect the fields you fill in:

• Audit requests: your name, work email, company website, and your rough monthly organic traffic.
• Contact messages: your name, work email, and your message.

We also collect usage analytics — pages visited and basic device information — via our own Matomo Analytics instance. Matomo may set a first-party cookie so we can recognise returning visits; it is used for nothing else. We run no advertising or marketing trackers, and we do not collect anything else about you.

What we use it for

Your details are used to prepare and deliver your audit, or to reply to your message. We do not add you to a newsletter, a drip sequence, or any marketing list, and we do not sell or share your details with third parties for their own marketing.

Who processes it

Form submissions are stored as leads in our self-hosted EspoCRM instance and delivered to us by email via our email processor (Resend). Usage analytics are processed by our self-hosted Matomo Analytics instance, hosted in Switzerland, for our internal use only — analytics data is never sold or shared. The website itself is hosted on infrastructure provided by our hosting and CDN providers. These providers act as processors on our instructions.

How long we keep it

If we end up working together, your details are kept for the life of the engagement and as long afterwards as the law requires. If we do not, they are deleted within 12 months.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, for it to be corrected, or for it to be deleted. Email hello@kolp.com and we will action it. You also have the right to complain to the Data Protection Commission in Ireland.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new date above.
